Once you have registered, you will receive regular emails containing the latest updates about the event.

The dress code across all days will be business casual.

Our London chapter of Martech World Forum will take place on Thursday, 31st October, 2024.

If you are not staying at the hotel, we will have a designated space at our event. On arrival please go to the registration desk and they will direct you.

The Martech World Forum is a meeting place for leading senior-level marketers and technologists from around the globe.

Accommodation

When you register for Martech World Forum, there is the option to book accommodation during the registration process at One Moorgate Place London. Please note that you will be responsible for full payment of the room including use of any amenities and minibar.

Our early bird registrations are sold out.

To apply to attend the MWF London, click HERE.

Once your registration has been completed, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation number and a link to access your original registration to update it. Click the link in the email to modify your registration.

If you did not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes of submitting your registration form, please first check your 'junk mail' folder! If it still hasn’t come through, please contact the MWF team via email at mwf@themartechweekly.com.

When you arrive at the One Moorgate Place London, you will find the MWF registration desk. Staff are available to assist with any questions throughout the event.

No, all registrations must be completed online by 11:59pm London time on Wednesday, 30th October, 2024. To apply to attend MWF London, click HERE.

Covid-19

Travel restrictions and COVID-19 requirements have been relaxed across the United Kingdom. It is no longer mandatory to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to enter the UK or the Martech World Forum event at the One Moorgate Place London.

It is also no longer mandatory to wear masks, however, we recommend you make your own judgement on whether you would prefer to wear a mask. We also recommend keeping this in mind if you have an upcoming event in the weeks immediately leading up to or following MWF.
