Once you have registered, you will receive regular emails containing the latest event updates.
The dress code will be business casual across all days.
Our Melbourne chapter of Martech World Forum will run from Wednesday 5th to Friday 7th of June 2024. The full agenda can be found HERE.
If you are not staying at the hotel, we will have a designated cloakroom at our event. On arrival, please go to the MWF Melbourne registration desk, and a team member will direct you to the cloakroom facility.
The Martech World Forum is a meeting place for leading senior-level marketers and technologists from around the globe.
Accommodation
When you register for the MWF Melbourne event, you will have a link to book your hotel accommodation at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. You will be responsible for full payment for the room, including the use of any amenities and minibar.
Check-in time is from 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Alternative check-in and check-out times are available subject to availability and must be organized directly with the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins concierge team.

When you arrive at the Sofitel Melbourne in Collins foyer area next to Sofi’s lounge, you will find the MWF-Melbourne registration desk. Staff will be available to assist with any questions throughout the event.

Covid-19
Travel restrictions and COVID-19 requirements have been relaxed across Australia. It is no longer mandatory to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Australia, the state of Victoria, the MWF Melbourne event, or the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins venue.
It is also no longer mandatory to wear masks, however, we recommend you make your judgment on whether you would prefer to wear one. We also recommend keeping this in mind if you have an upcoming event in the weeks immediately leading up to or following the event. As MWF-Melbourne 2024 gets closer, please also keep up with developments via the https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/
Passports and Visas
The Australian government website contains a range of information for those who wish to enter the country temporarily, and you will find answers to many of your questions on their site. Please check your passport is valid before visiting Australia.
As we’ve seen around the world in recent times, long delays to passport processing times are common. While the Australian government does not impose a six-month passport validity requirement for travelers entering the country, some airlines do insist on this validity as part of their terms and conditions to board a flight – please ensure you have checked this and allow adequate time for your passport to be reissued if necessary.
Please also check visa requirements for entering Australia on this site - visas are dependent on which country issued your passport. From the list on the government site, the main purpose of your visit is ‘attending a conference or expo’, which is about halfway down the list on the link above. Visa application fees and related costs must be covered at your own expense, and you should only apply once your registration has been confirmed. Please be advised that, due to high demand, visas are taking longer to process and can take months in some cases.
Please book early to avoid disappointment. Letters to support visa applications are provided to MWF exhibitors, hosted buyers, and media only. If you require a letter of support to attend MWF, please contact the MWF team via email at mwf@themartechweekly.com, who will gladly assess your request.
