Our San Francisco chapter of Martech World Forum will take place from Wednesday, August 7th to Friday, August 9th, 2024.

Once you have registered, you will receive regular emails containing the latest updates about the event.

If you are not staying at the hotel, we will have a designated space at our event. On arrival please go to the registration desk and they will direct you.

The dress code across all days will be business casual.

The Martech World Forum is a meeting place for leading senior-level marketers and technologists from around the globe.

Accommodation

When you register for the MWF event, there is the option to book accommodation during the registration process at Santa Clara Marriott. Please note that you will be responsible for full payment of the room including use of any amenities and minibar.

Check in time is 4pm PST. Check out time is 11am PST.

Registration

Yes, we offer early bird applications. However, spaces are limited and the early bird rate closes Friday, July 5th 11:59pm PST.

To register to attend the MWF San Francisco, click HERE.

When you register to attend MWF, you will be given the option to choose to settle your payment via credit card or invoice which will be sent to your email address. Once the invoice payment has been made, we will confirm your registration and attendance at MWF. All invoice payments must be completed by no later than Monday 5 August 2024.

Once your registration has been completed, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation number and a link to access your original registration to update it. Click the link in the email to modify your registration.

If you did not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your registration form, please check your 'junk mail' folder or contact the MWF team via email, mwf@themartechweekly.com.

When you arrive at the Santa Clara Marriott, you will find the MWF registration desk. Staff are available to assist with any questions throughout the event.

No, all registrations must be completed online by 11:59pm PST on Friday, August 2nd, 2024.

Martech Nightmares Dining Experience at the Winchester Mystery House

If you and your colleagues are game enough to dine in the Winchester Mystery House which Harry Houdini believed to be haunted back in 1924, come dressed in your best halloween costume, dracula inspired, ghost or witches outfit and dare to be brave for the evening. Best dressed wins a prize!

We will be providing you with a bus to get there and back to the hotel after the event.

No, there will not be any ghosts on the menu or serving you dinner (but they might be looking over your shoulder…) 👻

The Winchester Mystery House® is a historic home and is not currently wheelchair accessible. However, the grounds and gift shop are wheelchair accessible. Please contact the staff at mwf@themartechweekly.com to let us know and we will ensure you also can participate and have a great experience.

Transport

Covid-19

Travel restrictions and COVID-19 requirements have been relaxed across the United States. It is no longer mandatory to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to enter the state of California or the Martech World Forum event at the Santa Clara Marriott.

It is also no longer mandatory to wear masks, however, we recommend you make your own judgement on whether you would prefer to wear a mask. We also recommend keeping this in mind if you have an upcoming event in the weeks immediately leading up to or following MWF. As MWF 2024 gets closer, please also keep up with developments via https://covid19.ca.gov/

Passports and Visas

The United States government website contains a range of information for those who wish to enter the country on a temporary basis, and you will find answers to many of your questions on their site. Please check if your passport is valid before visiting the United States.

As we’ve seen around the world in recent times, there are long delays to have passports reissued. The United States government does not impose six month passport validity for travellers entering the country, however, some airlines insist on the validity as part of their terms and conditions to board a flight – please ensure you have checked this.

Please check visa requirements for entering the United States on this site - visas are dependent on which country issued your passport. From the list on the government site the main purpose of your visit is ‘attending a conference or expo’ which is about halfway down the list on the link above. Visa applications must be covered at your own expense, and you should apply once your registration has been confirmed. Please be advised that, due to high demand, visas are taking longer to process and can take months in some cases.

Please book early to avoid disappointment. Letters to support visa applications are provided to MWF exhibitors, hosted buyers and media only. If you require a letter of support to attend MWF, please contact the MWF team via email mwf@themartechweekly.com who will assess your request.
