It's always good to take time to reflect when you're building something. Reflection takes the past and turns it into a learning asset, which then cultivates good judgment and future value realization. Some people journal, I like to reflect publicaly, mostly to share what I've learned so far, and highlight what it takes to build a global audience of senior people who work in digital, marketing, advertising, tech and consulting.
